One Big Abstract Painting

Just sold this piece recently while it was on display at Beachcomber Hairstyling in Toronto. This canvas originally built for a collaboration between myself and Lucas Fredette.  Looking at the final product I still see the influence of of shapes and lines from that collaboration years previous.  With the size of the canvas I was able to take a very fun and loose approach during the painting process. I worked on this painting  casually over the coarse of a few months. During that time I became very attached to it. For me this piece represents  the importance of having fun while painting.
